To compliment your fitness program, Fitfly brings you One-on-One Spin Bike Conditioning Program. This cycling program utilizes a detailed set of general exercises (interval training) including heart rate training and motivational empowerment, to enhance clients' physical and mental well-being. A person can burn an average of 600 calories in a 60-minute session.
When weather or time does not permit a long bike ride, you can do a spin workout and achieve similar benefits. Also, the spin bike conditioning program can help a client get in great shape for those long weekend bike rides! |

For a total body workout Fitfly can also customize the program by doing a 40 minute spin, 15 minutes of weight training for upperbody and 5 minutes of stretch, giving you everything in one workout.
*Spin Conditioning offers a natural progression for many postrehabilitation clients (those recovering from cardiac problems as well as musculoskeletal injuries). The non-weight-bearing nature of cycling makes it an ideal choice of exercise for clients with overuse injuries, arthritis or back pain. |
